This pattern includes digitized embroidery applique designs compatible with the Quiltworx Dinner Plate Dahlia. Foundation papers and applique sheets are sold separately.
The download contains machine embroidery designs in the following formats: .art, .art60, .dst, .exp, .hus, .jef, .pes, .vip, and .vp3.
There are three methods to complete the embroidery for your dots: applique with decorative embroidery, applique with a satin stitch, and solid embroidery. (See front pattern cover for examples.)
The designs have been divided up so that they can be stitched out using a hoop with an embroidery field that is at least 150mm x 400mm (5.7” x 10”) - OR at least 200mm x 300mm (7.8” x 11.8”)
The quilt is divided into four quadrants. In each of the quadrants there is a Left Unit, a Corner Unit and a Right Unit. Each Unit requires two hoopings.
Full-sized layouts for each of the sections are included as PDFs (they are “tiled” and can be taped together)
SVG and PDF Cutting Files included. There are also instructions for preparing Applique circles using the Stitch-N-Peel Templates.
